My Landlord provides tenants of specific housing associations and social landlords with a simple way to report and arrange repairs to properties. It provides the tenant with a means to identify the location of the issue, describe the situation (with images) and then submit to their landlord over the internet. A separate web service provides the housing associations or social landlord with the ability to view the details of the issue, interact with the tenants smartphone using the inbuilt messaging service and set the status of the job based on work carried out.
The App also allows you to report abandoned vehicles, dumped rubbish, graffiti, street lighting faults and street furniture damage along with access to other local council, housing and health services and much more
